We also offer decorating and designing ideas for those who want to do most of their project independently. You pay for our ideas to help you create and collaborate on all your colour schemes, and you do your leg work.
*Regardless of how Small or Large your project is; we begin with your Investment budget in mind.

2. Choose items throughout home, New or existing construction, hardware, flooring, etc. furniture, curtains, art, rugs, plants, lamps, etc. *One flat fee.
3. Includes 1 & 2 + turn key *One flat fee.
4. Collaborate with builder *One flat fee.
*NOTE: All staging charges can be added to sell of home.
